PLEASE NOTICE, the Registration Process for this and all Conference events will take place through YMMS (Youth Ministries Management System).

For this purpose, all +18 years volunteering with minors must be registered in YMMS, and background checks have to be up to date.

Please remember that YMMS and Sterling Volunteers (background check system) DO NOT share information with the government. There are many reasons for Conferences in NAD to use this system, but the most important is safety.

Videos and tutorials on Event registration can be found here and if you have questions about YMMS, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email: youth@wc.npuc.org

Full refunds are available until 7 days before the event. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds after that cutoff.
