Pathfinder Camporee – September 26-28, 2025
Guidelines
We are stronger together, and that’s why we want to celebrate Pathfinder Ministry with a new Camporee, but this time in the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, more precisely, Port Angeles.
The beauty of the surrounding mountains and the wide-open camping facilities make Callam County Fairgrounds an awesome location for our Camporee.
We hope and pray for a safe and fun weekend as we worship and camp together as Pathfinders.
The following information will give you more details of what to expect before and during the event.
COST.
- The fee for attending the Camporee is $15.00 per staff, guest, and pathfinder. This cost includes 2 nights of tent camping, bathroom facilities, water, and electric outlets may be available nearby (bring extensions), and a great time together!
- How to register on YMMS video. If you are experiencing difficulties contact Gretel youth@wc.npuc.org
- If you plan on bringing an RV to the Camporee and need full hookups such as water and power, you will be required to pay an additional cost of $50.00 for the entire event.
- If you are bringing a self-contained RV and do not need hookups, there will be no extra charge.
- Please, send us the number of kitchen tents, small tents, and RVs with their sizes. Fill form here
COOKING AND FIRES.
- Clallam County currently has a full burn ban policy in place. This would include the use of charcoal briquettes and campfires. If the fire ban has been lifted by the time of the Camporee, the above-ground fire pit will be allowed.
- Each club will provide its own meals.
- Dishes are to be washed in basins at your campsite. Bring buckets and a strainer for gray water.
- On Sabbath, I would recommend that you plan (if you choose to) to have sack lunches for lunch. We have intentionally shortened the program to allow your club to enjoy the surrounding area. This is only a recommendation.
ATTIRE
- Class A uniforms for Sabbath morning inspection and morning worship. BLACK SHOES ARE NOT REQUIRED.
- Club field uniforms should be worn while hiking on and off-site and over the weekend.
- Bring rain gear and a set of spare clothing.
