Pathfinder Fair 2025 – Our First Work
It is time to celebrate the achievements of our Pathfinders and share them with other Clubs. Join us on April 27 at Auburn Academy for a new edition of our Pathfinder Fair.
Registration begins on March 17 on the Director/Secretary YMMS account.
Cost – Early bird: $15 per person (until April 18); Late registration: $18 per person. This fee is non refundable.
Food Vendor – Registration open until April 11. Please, email your menu to Christel Field: christelblack@aol.com.
Drill and Marching – Registration open until April 18. Find form in Fair Package.

PLEASE NOTICE, after almost two years of transition, and with most Clubs fully enrolled, the Registration Process for this and all Conference events will take place through YMMS (Youth Ministries Management System).
For this purpose, all Staff and Pathfinders must be registered in YMMS, and background checks have to be up to date.
Please remember that YMMS and Sterling Volunteers (background check system) DO NOT share information with the government.
There are many reasons for Conferences in NAD to use this system, but the most important is safety.
